“This decision was not made lightly and only became clear after many months of careful review,” Amazon VP of Health Neil Lindsay told employees in a memo shared with The Post. “While our users enjoy many aspects of Amazon Care, this service is not quite the comprehensive offering for the large enterprise customers we were targeting and will not work in the long term.”
