Apple has just announced its new iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus. The new phones feature 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch displays respectively, as well as a host of new features such as the A15 bionic chip, a dedicated OLED screen, and a stunning new camera system.
Here’s everything you need to know about the new iPhone 14:
- 6.1″display for iPhone 14, 6.7″display for iPhone 14 Plus
- A15 Bionic Chip is equipped with a 6-core processor with 2 high-performance cores and 4 efficient cores.
- The new 12-megapixel main camera has a larger sensor, F1.5 aperture and OIS (image stabilization).
- 2.5 times better camera performance in low light
- The new movie mode offers much better image stabilization.
- No more SIM trays for US models – eSIM only
- eSIM speeds up tariff switching and makes it more secure than a regular SIM card.
- Now there is a crash detection feature, like in the new Apple Watch.
- Emergency SOS call via satellite (satellite system can also be used for FindMy), free for 2 years with iPhone 14.
Both the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus will be available for pre-order starting September 9, priced between $799 and $899. Start September 16th.
