Improbable sells Midwinter Entertainment to Behavior Interactive.
After parting ways with Inflexion Games Improbable, SpatialOS decided to sell Midwinter Entertainment in order to completely abandon the video game market and focus entirely on the metaverse. Behavior Interactive plans to leverage the vast experience and talent of the American studio, giving it the opportunity to channel its skills into interesting and original intellectual property, as well as becoming a key asset to its new parent company.
Behavior’s reputation as an international powerhouse of gaming will have a new Seattle dimension in June thanks to our acquisition of @MidwinterGames, which was announced today.
