Hitman Freelancer Safe Hints: How to Find Them?

Without support from the ICA, Agent 47 became a freelancer. In this Roguelike mode, the ultimate goal is to eliminate all members of the Syndicate. Therefore, it is important for Agent 47 to stock up on the best weapons. In order to purchase it, you will need to collect a reasonable amount of mers, the in-game currency. Speaking of which, some Hitman Freelancer missions have safes that can be unlocked using hints. Sounds interesting, right? Here is a guide that outlines the steps to find these safe hints.

How to find reliable evidence in Hitman Freelancer

First of all, know that not all missions in this game will hide safes. Although you can always check the in-game map to find the location of the safes if there are any. Since this is a Hitman game, finding them won’t be easy. Therefore, you must search the entire location for clues to open the safes. A total of 3 hints are required to open a safe in Hitman Freelancer.

To find safe clues in Hitman Freelancer, you can use instinct mode. It will highlight all objects in the environment that you can interact with. These clues can be written notes, tablets, or something else. The clues don’t have to be in the same room as the safe. But, it is certain that it will not be far from the Safe.

Also, use your in-game IQ to identify safe clues and once you’re sure of that, pull out the in-game camera. After that, use your camera to aim at the Safe Clue and start scanning. Once you get all 3 hints for a safe in Hitman Freelancer, a pop-up notification will appear saying “Safe has been cracked”along with rewards in the form of XP bonuses. Now you can go to the Safe and claim your rewards.

Also, keep in mind that scanning safe evidence with a camera won’t arouse your suspicions. This way you don’t have to wait for other people to leave the room. Whereas breaking into a safe with equipment is sure to alert the guards.
