BGMI Open Challenge 2022 – The Grind: finalists announced; 16 Teams Succeed

BMOC (BGMI Open Challenge) – The Grind is in full swing, and there is another final battle ahead, the finalists have already been determined. The BGMI Open Challenge is one of the first Krafton esports tournaments to take place in 2022.

The Grind is a 24-team showdown featuring some of the most popular esports teams in the country. Skylightz Gaming, winner of last year’s BGIS (BGMI Series), are also competing in The Grind along with finalists GodLike Esports and Team XO, winner of The Grind in BGIS 2021.

Finalists BMOC (BGMI Open Challenge) – The Grind Confirmed

The in-game qualifiers for BMOC ended on April 10th and the results will be posted on April 17th. 2022. Players registered for the BMOC were required to play 15 matches against their registered teams from April 4th to April 10th. The top 10 out of 15 matches will be considered for evaluation and scored accordingly. The top 512 teams will advance to the next BMOC round.

In the first round of the BMOC, the 512 squads from the in-game qualifiers will be divided into 32 groups, with each group playing 5 matches. The top 8 teams will qualify for the 2nd round of online qualifiers.

Round 2 of the online qualifier will feature the top 256 teams divided into 16 groups, of which the top 4 teams from each group will advance to Round 3. A total of 64 teams will take part in the 3rd round, of which 32 teams will advance to the 4th round.

Round 4 is the final stage of the BMOC where the top 6 teams will qualify for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) starting May 19th and running through June 12th, 2022.
