American publisher Epic Games’ online store features Blankos Block Party, an NFT-based game developed by Mythical Games, a GameFi-focused studio.
Blankos Block Party has been in beta testing for two years and is now fully completed. It’s a fast-paced open-world multiplayer game that feels like a giant blocky party. It focuses on individual style and design, creating levels, exploring user-created levels, and building a collection of unique and rare Blancos (NFT characters and accessories that can be sold in the in-game store).
Epic Games continues its blockchain openness with Blankos Block Party
Blankos Block Party uses EOSIO blockchain technology to provide players with proof of ownership and transaction history – in other words, this means they have more control over the items they earn and buy. In this way, players can control their inventory and optionally sell these digital collectibles on the Mythical Marketplace. They can use these funds to buy more cosmetics, accessories, Blankos limited editions, or get fiat currency. The game does not currently include cryptocurrencies.
Blankos Block Party
Blankos Block Party by Mythical Games is currently available for free on PC and Mac on the Epic Games Store in the US. Arrival in Europe requires a promotion permit, which has not yet been issued.
