Blizzard is acquiring a well-known license for a new game. Is this a new StarCraft game?

According to the job description, the studio is looking for “A champion with a clear vision for missions that are interesting both in their mechanics and in their narrative, all under a well-known license from Blizzard.”
But what franchise could Blizzard be referring to here? Since World of Warcraft is still in full swing, it’s hard to see traces of Warcraft 4 there, which can cause some difficulties in the plot. We also know that Diablo 4 is in development, so it’s not even about this license. And the studio’s latest license, Overwatch, is already in the works. So we’re left with just StarCraft.

Years have passed since the launch of StarCraft 2. In 2020, Blizzard announced the end of all development, from various fixes to new content.
