While weapon attachments may confuse some players, the improved gunsmith brings a host of new mechanics and tweaks to MW2. How to unlock crosshairs in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
Before unlocking the crosshairs section, you need to unlock the multiplayer download. And you can unlock it by reaching level 4. Once you unlock the equipment, go to the optics of this weapon to equip various scopes. To unlock different sights, you need to level up your weapons.
For players who can’t find this section, here’s how to find the Weapon Scopes section in Modern Warfare 2:
- First, go to the weapon menu and select the multiplayer loadout.
- Once you have selected the required equipment, select your main weapon and open its weapon workshop.
- Now you need to select the optics of the equipped weapon in order to check its scopes.

- Along with this, you will find several weapon sights that can be applied to weapons.
- Although some of these weapon scopes will already be unlocked, you will need to practice to unlock some of them.
- You can check the progress of your current weapon by going to the Progress tab. You can find this tab in the top right corner of the screen.
- Finally, select the weapon for which you want to unlock specific scopes.
