Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 has a variety of Operators that you can play as. There are over 25 unique operators and they are divided into two main teams. These groups or teams are the SPECGRU and KORTAC teams. While you get access to some of them when you start MW2, most of them need to be unlocked. How to Unlock All Operators in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2
As mentioned earlier, each of the operators can be unlocked by completing different requirements. So here is a list of all operatives and how to unlock them in COD MW2:
- Axel (KORTAK): You need to get 20 kills in a single multiplayer match to unlock it.
- Kalisto (KORTAC): Get 5 headshots in a single multiplayer match to unlock her.
- Chuy (SPECGRU): Complete the sixth Cartel Defense mission in Campaign Mode.
- Conor (KORTAC): To unlock this Operator, you need to get 5 kills with Hipfire in a single multiplayer match.
- Fender (KORTAC): Get 2 RPG kills in a single multiplayer match.
- Gromsko (SPECGRU): Complete the first Spec Ops mission called “Low Profile”to unlock this operator.
- Group I (KORTAC): Already unlocked from the start.
- Gus (SPECGRU): You need to get 5 passes in one multiplayer match.
- Horangi (KORTAC): Get 5 Kingslayer kills in a single multiplayer match.
- Hutch (KORTAK): Complete the 17th mission called “Countdown”to unlock it.
- Cleo (SPG): Get a kill with lethal gear to unlock it.
- König (KORTAC): Simply perform a finishing move to unlock this operator.
- Luna (SPECGRU): Complete the third Spec Ops mission called Defender: Mount Zaya to unlock it.
- Nova (SPECGRU): Complete the 10th quest called “Violence and Time”in Campaign Mode to unlock her.
- Ranger I (SPG): Already unlocked from the start.
- Reyes (SPECGRU): Complete the 14th mission called Prison Break in Campaign Mode to unlock it.
- Rosé (KORTAK): You need to kill her at point blank range to unlock her.
- Stiletto (KORTAC): Get two revenge kills in the same multiplayer match to unlock her.
- Zero (KORTAK): Complete the second Spec Ops mission called “The Forbidden Zone”to unlock it.
- Zimo (SPG): Get a kill with a secondary weapon to unlock it.
How to unlock Ghost, Price, Farah and Soap in MW2
In addition to the above list, there are also Ghost, Price and Soap operators in multiplayer mode. But the trick here is that they are only available if you have the Vault version. These Operators are included in the Red Team 141 Operator Pack. The Vault Edition costs over $99.99 and also includes the Season 1 Battle Pass with 50 Level Passes.
How to unlock Oni
Oni is available exclusively for PS players who pre-ordered Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2. It is not yet known if this operator will be available on other platforms as well.
