British comedian Henry Cavill has decided to drop the Netflix series The Witcher to take on the role of Superman in the movies.
After a remarkable appearance in the Black Adam post-credits scene, Henry Cavill confirms his return as a flying superhero:
To some extent, this is an emotional moment for me. Superman means a lot to me and this character has played a pivotal role in my career. So putting on the costume again for that Black Adam cameo was a powerful moment. This meant that the hope of returning was not in vain. I gave reason to those who believed in it.
