Spider-Man Noir to be made into a TV series

The first real-time iteration of Spider-Man Noir, made in collaboration with Amazon, Sony and Marvel.

After Silk: Spider Society, Amazon Prime Video will also be able to look forward to a new series from the Sony Spider-Man universe to add to its catalog. Based on Spider-Man Noir, this movie is about an elderly and gray-haired superhero in 1930s New York, his universe is clean and the main character is not Peter Parker. Oren Uziel (Mortal Kombat, Cloverfield Paradox, 22 Jump Street) will write and executive produce Spider-Man Noir. Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and Amy Pascal are also on the project with Sony Pictures Television.

Spider-Man Noir, second Amazon Prime Video project with Sony

The Spider-Man Noir comic book series was launched in 2009 as part of the Marvel Noir universe. This version of the iconic superhero lives in New York during the Great Depression. He is bitten by a spider hidden in a stolen artifact that gives him visions of a spider god granting him superpowers.
