How to get the Dragonfly assault rifle in COD Modern Warfare (MW) 2
Unfortunately, there is no way for players to get the Dragonfly AR in MW2. The only exception here is for PlayStation players. PS players who pre-order Modern Warfare will unlock the Dragonfly blueprint immediately. This is valid for both PS4 and PS5 players. A blueprint for the Dragonfly was included with the Oni Operator. And this deal was exclusive to PS players only.
So PS players who bought the game before its release date, October 28, have a lot of reason to rejoice. As for other players, neither PC players nor Xbox players can access this blueprint. This plan may become available for other platforms. But this is rather doubtful, as there is no word from Infinity Ward at the moment.
How to Equip the Dragonfly Assault Rifle (PS Players)
For PS players who pre-ordered MW2 but are unable to select this option, please follow these steps:
- Go to the “Weapons”tab and select the M4 rifle.
- Then select the Dragonfly blueprint and add it to your custom outfit.
While the Dragonfly has an incredible design, it doesn’t offer any stat upgrades. Aside from looks, the Dragonfly has neither pros nor cons. But it can be a great way to show off or brag to your teammates.
