The China launch date for OnePlus 10 Pro has finally been officially announced. The upcoming OnePlus flagship will debut on January 11th. The company posted this on Weibo to share the official video teaser of the upcoming phone. Apart from the launch date, the teaser video also showcases the full look of the device. The design featured in the official teaser is similar to the renders leaked online last month. Let’s look at the design of the phone.
OnePlus 10 Pro will have a different design language compared to its predecessor. In the teaser, the phone is presented in two color options – black and green. The phone will come with a triple rear camera and hasselblad branding. The camera bump on the device is similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but only protrudes towards the right edge. Similar to other OnePlus devices, the device will have a power button and an alert slider on the right edge.
OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications and Features
The OnePlus 10 Pro has already been spotted on the Geekbench and 3C certification websites. The Geekbench database has revealed that the upcoming flagship will be equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and 12GB of RAM. The device will be pre-installed with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS – Android 12. In addition, 3C certification has confirmed 80W fast charging on the upcoming OnePlus phone.
OnePlus 10 Pro specifications have been leaked several times in the past. According to a leak from Digital Chat Station, the phone will feature a 6.7-inch curved LTPO AMOLED display. The display panel will have 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to be equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 50W wireless charging.
The phone will have a triple rear camera setup. Of these three sensors, the main one will be a 48 MP sensor. This will be accompanied by a 50MP sensor that will serve as an ultra wide angle lens. It is also reported that the device is equipped with an additional 8 MP sensor, but its functions are not yet known. For selfies, the upcoming OnePlus flagship will offer a 32-megapixel punch-hole camera.
