How to Change Outfits in Dead Island 2
Sadly, there doesn’t appear to be a way to alter your clothing in Dead Island 2 at the moment. True, as of the time of this writing, there is no method to access the character packs. The ability to alter your attire will be released alongside the packs sometime in the summer, according to a recent tweet from the official Dead Island 2 Twitter account.
This has taken some players by surprise. Many people had assumed the character packs would be released at the same time as the bonus weapon packs that are already in-game, even though no specific release date for character packs was given and they were only mentioned in a previous tweet as being available for download shortly after release.
Strangely, both packs appear to be installed on the Xbox version of Dead Island 2, but none can be accessed nor clothing can be changed.
What Are the Extra Character Packs Comprised Of?
Character Pack 1: Silver Star Jacob and Character Pack 2: Cyber Slayer Amy are the two character packs that are currently being promoted.
- The Devil’s Horseshoes weapon, which may be used by any slayer, and Jacob’s Rodeo Sunset outfit will be included in the first.
- The Casimir & Julienne weapon that any slayer can use will be in the second, along with the Neurunner attire.
