Looking to collect all the Awakened Favors in Destiny 2? If yes, then you have just arrived at the right place. With the latest season of Defiance now live, there are a few new features available for players to try out. The Defiant Battleground is one such feature in Lightfall. This is a 3-player Seasonal Quest in which you will face difficult challenges. In the meantime, you can get additional buffs by collecting Awoken Favor. I wonder how? Here’s everything you need to know about it.
How to get Favor of the Awakened in Destiny 2?
As mentioned above, Favor of the Awakened are buffs that you or your teammates can apply to yourself. You gain Favor of the Awakened by destroying enemies in a certain way. Favor appears on the ground, which is quite difficult not to notice. In addition, there are 3 types of favor, which include:
- Paragon of Justice – Grants a favor that improves melee reloads for you and your allies after landing finishing blows with an ability.
- Paragon of Grace – grants a favor that increases the mobility of your allies and yourself after landing finishing blows using special ammo.
- Sample of Alacrity – Grants a favor that increases grenade reload speed after landing heavy ammo finishing blows.
In short, Samples are required in order for you to be able to collect Favor of the Awakened in Destiny 2.
Also keep in mind that you need to complete the Awaken Queensguard quest. This not only unlocks favors, but also unlocks upgrades and the war table. The War Table is located in HELM, where you can find samples in the Enhancements > Useful Settings tab. By unlocking the Favor, you will be able to collect Awakened Favors.
For those who don’t know, to unlock Favor, you need to spend War Table Upgrades. It is earned by completing seasonal tasks. Also, keep in mind that Awakened Favors in Destiny 2 spawn even faster if you have the Unyielding Favor armor.
