To complete the Medical History Therapist quest in Escape from Tarkov, you will need to find two keys called RB-SMP and RB-KSM to enter the patient rooms, get two medical journals and give them to the therapist. Two chambers are located in the White Bishop building next to the helicopter in the Reserved Region.

Once you enter the building, use the stairs and go up to the first floor. Then go to the far left room and find the first medical journal between two wooden documents.

The second medical journal is in the room on the opposite side of the corridor. You will recognize this room by the red sign on the door. Inside the room, you will find the second medical journal on the bottom shelf of the cabinet to your left.

How to get RB-SMP and RB-KSM keys in EFT

Gathering medical records is not the hard part. Many players fail to find the two keys needed to open the doors to these rooms. Here are all the possible places where you can find RB-SMP and RB-KSM keys:

  • Jackets in dorm rooms
  • Pockets and bags wild
  • Flea market

We recommend that you find these keys rather than buying them. The flea market will charge an unreasonable amount for each, so it’s not worth it.
