- Complete the Wastelanders main quest.
- Reach level 50
After completing these requirements, go to Vault 79, which is located in the northeastern part of the map. Log in and start interacting with Regs to open his trading inventory. Here you can purchase blueprints to create your own Secret Service armor. Below is a list of plans and their cost.
- Secret Service chest for 1250 gold bars
- Secret Service Left Leg for 750 gold bars
- Secret Service Right Leg for 750 gold bars
- Left Hand of the Secret Service for 750 gold bars
- Right Hand of the Secret Service for 750 gold bars
- Secret Service Helmet for 1650 gold bars
- Secret Service Underplate for 250 gold bars

Once you have these plans, head to the Rusty Pickaxe where you will find Purveyor Murmrgh. Interact with him to buy the legendary modules needed to craft this armor. Once you buy them, go to your base and craft each piece of armor.
