Far Cry 6 Final Villan DLC, Joseph: Collapse Coming Tomorrow

Tomorrow, February 8, 2022, Far Cry 6’s latest villain expansion, Joseph: Collapse, will be released, allowing players to take control of Joseph Seed from the previous game in the series. Like the other two villain DLCs, Pagan: Control and Vaas: Insanity, the DLC will follow the rogue-lite structure, challenging players in a confusing environment.

This time, the game will take place in a completely different version of Hope County, Montana. This location will be somewhat familiar to Far Cry 5 fans as it was the main setting of the game.

In the DLC, Joseph Seed must defeat his inner demons, face the remnants of the Eden’s Gate cult, and even battle his family members. It will be interesting to see how Ubisoft decides to deal with Joseph’s DLC given that he almost had a redemption arc in Far Cry New Dawn.

Far Cry 6 Joseph: Collapse is available as part of the Season Pass

“Combining fast-paced action and storytelling, Joseph: Collapse will provide players with a unique insight into Joseph’s tormented mind,”Ubisoft’s description reads. “Come face to face with his former cult followers after his faith collapses, and eventually face his family members as he struggles to defeat his inner demons.”

Far Cry 6 received a mixed reception at launch, but over time, Ubisoft has been able to attract new and returning fans to the game thanks to DLC offerings like this. Most recently, Rambo’s free crossover mission was added to the game, and now players will receive the final part of the Become a Villain DLC pack.

To play Joseph: Collapse, as well as Pagan: Control and Vaas: Insanity, players will need the Far Cry 6 Season Pass. The Season Pass is available for purchase on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Stadia, and PC.
