Forspoken: Technical issues on PS5 and PC will be fixed soon

Luminous Productions is preparing a patch to fix several technical issues present in Forspoken.

Takeshi Aramaki, studio director at Luminous Productions, announces the release of a patch for Forspoken in the next few weeks with several improvements:

Thanks to all the players who have enjoyed Forspoken and explored the world of Athia since launch. We have listened to all your feedback and are hard at work on the upcoming patch, which will include improvements to overall performance, graphics, gameplay, as well as general updates and tweaks related to PS5 game content, as well as various PC configurations. We aim to make Forspoken as enjoyable as possible and will let you know when a patch is released as soon as possible.

Ella Balinska and backstage Forspoken

British comedian Ella Balinska, who voices Freya Holland’s Forspoken, has seen talk of the game on social media, and unlike her character, which will likely send some netizens to fuck off, she’s benevolent:

I love the gaming community for their willingness to delve deeply into every game they play. It’s an amazing game that has produced an incredible protagonist, so brave, so insecure, so reluctant in the best possible way.

She also adds:

I always refer to my 8 year old self when I talk about something I’m really proud of, right now I’m just speechless. I never thought I was playing downstairs with my mom’s hairdresser’s son while she does her hair. Now to think that he can take this game and play like me is amazing. And I hope this inspires other people to realize that if you work hard enough, something really crazy can happen.
