Robarg is the first world boss you’ll fight in Tower of Fantasy, so naturally he’s also in the Astra region of Esperia. Astra Shelter is where you first begin your Tower of Fantasy adventure. To find this deadly flower boss, locate Ruin A-02 on your map, and next to it, you’ll find the Tomb of Thorns, a combat arena covered in red glowing foliage.
