New characters in Genshin Impact 3.0
Update 3.0 of this game brings us three new characters. Although 2 of them are actually launched, one of them will be released in the future. These 3 characters are nothing but:
- Tignari
- Colley
- Dory

Tignari
Tignari is the main character of the new Banner in Genshin Impact 3.0. He is one of two Dendro characters in the game. He is a 5 star character and his weapon of choice is a bow. He makes the following attacks.
His basic attack allows him to fire up to 4 consecutive bow shots. His Aimed Shot has 2 charge levels. The first charged attack deals damage to Dendro. While the second charged attack also damages Dendro, it also spawns 4 Clusterbloom Arrows. These arrows then track and attack nearby enemies, dealing damage to Dendro. His other two abilities are:
- Vijnana-Phala Mine: He throws Vijnyan Stormheart in front of him. This attack deals AoE damage to Dendro and also creates a zone known as Vijnana-Khanda Field. This zone creates strange illusions to taunt enemies. This ability also grants Tignari the Vijnana Spill effect. Reduces the charging time of Wreath Arrow by 2.4 seconds.
- Tanglevine Shaft Fashioner’s Tanglevine Shaft: Tignari fires 6 Tanglevine Shafts. They can track enemies and deal Dendro DMG to them. As soon as an enemy is hit, a secondary wave of these shafts is created, which again tracks and damages Dendro to enemies.
- Encyclopedic Knowledge: Tignari’s passive skill allows him to display the location of nearby resources on the minimap. This is unique to Sumeru.
Colley
Collei is the second Dendro character introduced in version 3.0 of Genshin Impact. She is a 4-star user who also uses a bow.
Her basic attack allows her to fire up to 4 consecutive bow shots. And you can also charge her attack to damage Dendro. Her two abilities are Flower Brush and Kitty’s Trump Card.
- Flower Brush: Colley throws out a flower ring. Dealing Dendro damage to the target twice. First time on hit and second time on return.
- Kitty’s Trump Card: Colley throws a doll named Quilaine-Anbar. It explodes, dealing AoE damage to Dendro, creating a Cuilein-Anbar zone. This doll then bounces in that area, dealing additional AoE damage to Dendro.
- Sumeru Gliding Champion: Colley’s utility passive reduces the stamina consumption of glide for her and the group by 20%.
Dory
Dory is an upcoming character in Genshin Impact that has yet to be released. For now, we know that she is a merchant who somehow manages to get you anything you want, no matter how rare she is. Such things include rare herbs, gems, and even some items that no one knows about.
But we can get all the information that she is a merchant from Tignari. He mentions that she can easily acquire materials. But he also warns that when buying from her, you should pay attention to the price.
Rumor has it that she is the character Electro. And her weapon of choice is supposed to be the Claymore.
