To destroy the gray crystals, you need to free Hwarena. It looks like a flying green ball with wings on it. In order to free Hwarena, you will have to smash the rock nearby. The stone will be marked with a small arrow, so you won’t miss it. Also, use a strong ability like Claymore to shatter the rock and release the green orb. After that, follow the Orb of Hwarena to the Gray Crystals and it will be automatically destroyed in Genshin Impact.
Destroying the crystal will unlock the achievement – Shining in the Swamp. You can now continue on your way forward in the quest Magnificent Sky That Day. Your next quest will involve interacting with the skeptics at their training ground.
