Fixed Wi-Fi issue on Google Pixel 6
After a delay of at least two weeks, Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro users are now getting the March patch along with a couple of other key features. First, the update also includes the Android 12L feature, and then the phones also get support for Verizon’s 5G C-Band network, which gives devices access to the full power of 5G Ultra-Broadband (UEB). However, this feature is only for US users.
This update from Google is definitely one of the biggest and we hope it should fix the Wi-Fi reception issue that many users have experienced with their Pixel 6 devices. If you have a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro, better immediately check for an update and install it.
March features for other Google Pixel devices were announced a couple of weeks ago, and now the March patch brings the same for the Pixel 6 duo. Some key features include Night Sight for Snapchat, Live Caption for calls, a new battery widget for connected devices, and control smart home from the home screen.
If you can’t wait for the update to arrive on your device, you can manually install OTA files and factory images by following the instructions on the Google Developers site. However, if you don’t know how to do it, you’d better wait until the update arrives on your phone.
