It’s time again for another edition of our App of the Week review. We’ve got some fantastic options for you this week, including a powerful list maker, a self-employed accounting app, and a feature-packed photo/video editor. And, as always, we have selected a great new game for you.
Hero: share and discover lists
Good lists don’t get enough recognition these days, which is why the folks at Hero want to fix that. The app lets you create and share your own lists, find other people’s lists, and more. Lists can be anything from recipes to TV shows, and you can even create reminders and to-do lists.
Cruise Accounting
Cruise Accounting is a one-stop accounting app for sole proprietors. Use it to send and receive invoices, pay taxes quarterly, and maximize write-offs. You can also connect to an unlimited number of bank accounts, keep track of your monthly income, expenses, and profits, and store receipts.
Animaker photo and video editor
Animaker is a robust photo editing app that offers a variety of effects and features to make your images, videos, GIFs, ads and memes stand out. Now a bunch of stuff seems to be hidden behind the paywall, which I don’t like, but if you use free stuff like “free trial”it’s not that bad.
Alumni – Quest Adventure
Alumni is a first-person quest-adventure 3D puzzle game. In it, you play as a scientist transported back in time to his college days. You must explore the areas, survey your surroundings and use all your puzzle solving skills to get through the college and back to the present.
