What to do in Wartales to defeat Matthias Lund
Location of Matthias Lund
You should travel south of Stromkapp if you haven’t yet run into his wife. That will lead you to the Lund Farm, where you will discover a sobbing Katherine Lund.
Matthias Lund is wandering the tiny rural region in the southern part of Tiltren, close to the Stromkapp Mill. The crimson crown above the character’s head, marking his boss status, will let you know it’s him.
If you enter the mill first, you’ll discover a bandit who is hiding and surrounded by a number of other dead bandits who have all been killed by Lund.
Tips for defeating Matthias Lund
Lund Statistics
Lund has a lot of AoE attacks and high HP. All Valour Points gained by engaging him in combat are lost because he cannot be engaged. He will attack many times each round, taking DoT damage only after he completes his final strike. He is the Tiltren Champion for a reason.
Lund Combat Techniques
You should concentrate on the following items when combating Lund. Below, we go into further detail:
- To take damage, bring many Tanks characters with 15 Willpower.
- Bring allies who can Backstab, Bleed, and Poison.
- If you have a Crocswine, bring it along for Bug Swarm.
- Let the tanks to fight Lund while taking damage.
- Observe Lund’s AoE assaults while around him.
- Melt his health by applying Damage Over Time to him.
- As necessary, heal characters and eject them.
To defeat Lund, you must prepare for the fight before it starts. To prevent entering the Dying status after the first hit, you should have a few tanks that can take the majority of his damage, all of them should have a Willpower of 15. Set up where your tank will be marked by Lund once the combat has begun. Put the Tank in a position to generally engage him before you get in front of him. For the duration of the round, or for as long as it lives, this friend will take all damage from Lund.
By the end of the round, Lund’s health will significantly decline if you’ve put enough DoT on him. Continue until Lund has been vanquished.
