It somehow becomes challenging to traverse the entire Hyrule Kingdom on land. Thankfully, you can Fast Travel in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom just like in Breath of the Wild. This ability, however, is not accessible right away in the game. Instead, you must first finish the Great Sky Island’s three Shrine challenges. If you are unfamiliar with the rules of this game, things could get a little complicated. Here are all the methods you can fast travel for your convenience.
The Ukouh Shrine (north), the In-isa Shrine (west), and the Gutanbac Shrine are the three Shrines that may be found on the Great Sky Island (east). For Link’s Ultrahand, completing tasks at these 3 Shrines will unlock various powers. Through the Locked Door quest, you will be able to access the Great Sky Island. Now that that is out of the way, here is how to travel quickly in Tears of the Kingdom.
How to Unlock the Tears of Kingdom’s Quick Travel Feature
You can fast travel in Tears of the Kingdom in the following ways.
Shrines
You must gather every Light of Blessing found at the conclusion of each Shrine on Big Sky Island in order to master the Quick Travel trick. Then, in order to learn the Recall Ability and obtain one more special Light of Blessing, you must return to the Temple of Time.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Rauru will show you how to use fast travel once you arrive at the Temple of Time. Thus you must go to Shrines if you want to teleport and move rapidly. A blue icon with that coordinate shows on the map each time you visit a Shrine. On the Purah Pad > Map, you can choose those blue icons to swiftly move there.
Skyview Towers
Skyview Towers are for Hyrule what Shrines are for the Great Sky Isle. Visit the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower to unlock it. In front of the floating Hyrule Castle, it is situated. You must speak with Purah there, who created the Purah Pad that Link is using.
The Skyview Tower will serve as a Quick Travel location in the overworld, similar to Shrine. You don’t have to accomplish any challenges here, though. to enable rapid travel in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom using a Skyview Tower. You must communicate with the corresponding terminal.
Lightroots
The Lightroots, which serves as a Quick Travel Point for the Depths, is the last option. To make a Lightroot’s stem a Fast Traveling point in the Depths, you must interact with it (underground). Moreover, it will also make a specific area for that location known.
Travel Medallions
After finishing Robbie’s Mission in the later game, you are awarded 3 Travel Medallions. You can drop this object at any place or coordinate you like. Also, in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, it will serve as a Quick Travel Place for you.
