We had just celebrated reaching Trailblaze Level 21 in Honkai: Star Rail when Pom-Pom, the endearing conductor of the Astral Express, sent us a message. Evidently, something strange happened on the train, and we had to go back to look into it.
If you got the same notification, you’re about to embark on the Fleeting Lights adventure assignment, which opens up a new avenue for you to acquire the highly sought-after Stellar Jade. If you’re unsure how to finish the Fleeting Light quest in Honkai: Star Rail, follow these instructions.
How to finish the Honkai quest Fleeting Lights: Star Rail
As you get back to the Express, go up to Pom-Pom to start a cutscene in which the conductor requests for your assistance in figuring out what’s weird about the ship. After passing the objective sign, you can interact with a number of items that are giving off an odd light, such as a nearby lamp and a potted plant, and speak to a number of crew members.
The strange-looking mirror, though, is what gives Pom-Pom the shivers. You must look into it or, possibly, speak with others about it. As you eventually look into the mirror, a mysterious masked figure appears from it—a it’s messenger from the Garden of Recollection.
To cut a long story short, the messenger grants you admission to the Forgotten Hall, where you can recover your forgotten memories. You should enter the hall as instructed because you must pass every stage of the quest to move on. The Final Vestiges of Towering Citadel is the first memory to become accessible.
The first step in the Forgotten Hall, for instance, improves your Wind DMG by 50%. Build up your team and win the war by accomplishing the specified tasks. You receive Lost Crystal x8, Lucent Afterglow x20, and other goodies.
The messenger then requests that you keep their presence a secret from other travelers, although you are not required to comply with their request in order to complete this task. You can complete the Fleeting Lights quest by speaking with your crew and telling them the truth.
When new memories become available, you can continue to explore the Forgotten Hall and keep amassing important gifts like Sparkling Jade.
