How to Win Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Colgera Boss
Make sure you have enough Cold Resistant Food to withstand the weather as the Colgera Boss fight takes place in the Wind Temple. Don’t forget to stock up on arrows and bows as well, since they’ll be crucial in assisting you in defeating the Wind Temple boss in TOTK. Throughout this boss battle, the Rito-Tulin will be by your side as well.
The monster of the Wind Temple features three circular purple shells that can be seen if you pay great attention. In Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you must attack these elongated purple shells to defeat Colgera. To destroy Colgera, you can either use your bow and arrow to shoot or jump into these purple shells with Link. Yet it’s not as simple as it seems. There will be two phases to the battle with Colgera. The second part of the fight will begin when Colgera spawns with three additional purple shells and its Health has nearly dropped to 50%.
The Colgera chief will become considerably more active in the second phase. Now, Link will start to experience terrible tornadoes from the boss of the TOTK Wind Temple. This will make mid-air flying considerably more challenging. But, you can rapidly escape the tornado with the glider by using Tulin’s Gust power. Continue hitting the purple weak points of Colgera’s body, just like in the previous phase. Keep out from the tornadoes, though, since they can severely deplete Link’s health. To easily defeat the Colgera boss at the Wind Temple, just keep going through the same motions.
