Valheim will be released on Xbox on March 14th. It’s up to you to survive in viking mode.
Video game releases on different platforms are often a real headache for fans. If some games appear simultaneously on all platforms, then in most cases the game is first available on one, then on another, and then on another. And maybe some time between each walk. Sometimes even several years. In other words, if you are a fan of this or that license, the wait can be long. Now Xbox gamers can get excited, the open-world survival sandbox video game Vikings finally has a release date on Microsoft consoles.
Valheim is coming to Xbox on March 14th.
Two long years after independent game Valheim became a huge hit on PC, it has a release date for consoles. The game will be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on March 14th. Valheim will be available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers at no additional cost. The game is currently available on PC Game Pass.
Originally developed by a team of just five people at the Iron Gate Studio, Valheim sold 5.7 million copies in its first five weeks of release, making it one of the top-grossing games on Steam in 2021. Players can join groups. Teams of 9 to go hunting, harvesting, building bases, sailing the oceans, exploring the environment, defeating bosses and of course fishing in procedurally generated Viking worlds.

Valheim will be available as a preview on Xbox when it releases. “There is still a lot to be done before the game can exit Early Access,” the game’s Twitter account says, assuming the game is compatible with cross-platform play.
