Black Shark launched the Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro phones back in March 2021 in the Chinese market. The Black Shark 4 made its global debut a couple of months after its launch in China. Now, nearly a year after launch, the Pro variant is finally making its way to global markets. Let’s take a closer look at the price, specifications, and features of the Black Shark 4 Pro.

The phone comes in two configurations – 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB. The base version of the device costs $580/€580. While the 12GB+256GB smartphone variant costs $680/€680. It can be purchased from the Black Shark official website.

The phone has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. This is a 144Hz refresh rate display that supports 1300 nits peak brightness and is HDR 10+ certified. The display panel also houses an optical fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood is a 5nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor. The system-on-a-chip includes an integrated Adreno 660 GPU, X60 5G modem, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The smartphone boots running Android 11 with JoyUI 12.5 layer on top.
The phone has a rear camera and an LED flash. The main sensor of the device is a 64-megapixel camera with f/1.79 aperture. Complementing it is an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens with a 120° field of view and f/2.4 aperture. The 4Pr also has a 5MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies and video calls, a 20-megapixel front camera is used.
