Infinix introduced two new X1 series smart TVs late last year. At that time, the company launched the X1 series with two screen sizes. The base model came with a 32-inch HD display, while the 43-inch model had a Full HD+ screen. More than six months since its launch, Infinix has updated its lineup with a new 40-inch model as part of the X1 Smart TV series. Like the other two models, Infinix’s 40-inch smart TV has narrow bezels for an immersive viewing experience. Infinix X1 40-inch Full HD Smart TV Launched

Infinix has launched the X1 40-inch smart TV. The new model sits between the 32-inch and 43-inch models that were released earlier. A 40-inch Full HD smart TV from Infinix costs $270. It comes with thin bezels for a viewing experience. The display also supports HDR10, HLG, and has a brightness of 350. Infinix says the 40-inch TV features EyeCare technology that eliminates harmful blue light and delivers improved colors, brightness, sharpness, and contrast.

The smart TV is also powered by the Infinix Epic 2.0 Image Engine, which is claimed to improve overall picture quality. It is also said to improve sharpness, color, contrast, and clarity to deliver vivid picture quality.

In terms of sound, the smart TV is equipped with 24W speakers with Dolby Audio. It is claimed to deliver rich and clear cinematic surround sound. The TV comes with multiple connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, three HDMI ports, AV, two USB 2.0 ports, Ethernet, etc.

It runs Android TV 9.0 out of the box with Chromecast built in. The smart TV also supports Google Assistant and app downloads from the Google Play Store. Besides, it also supports popular OTT apps like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar, etc.
