Iqoo Z6 4G will be launched alongside Iqoo Z6 Pro 5G next week

Iqoo, owned by BBK Electronics, introduced the Iqoo Z6 5G last month. The company has a launch event scheduled for April 27th that will see the Iqoo Z6 Pro 5G unveiled. In a recent development, Iqoo India CEO Nipun Maria confirmed to 91mobiles that the Iqoo Z6 4G will also launch on April 27th.

Recently, smartphone manufacturers have been releasing two variants of the same smartphone, one with 5G connectivity and the other with 4G; and Iqoo seems to be heading in the same direction. Let’s take a closer look at Iqoo Z6 4G, its specs, features, launch date and more.

Iqoo Z6 4G will be launched on April 27th

Iqoo Z6 4G will arrive on April 27 along with Iqoo Z6 Pro 5G. Specifications and prices were announced earlier. Specifications for the 4G variant will differ from the 5G model.

Specifications of Iqoo Z6 4G (expected)

Iqoo Z6 4G is rumored to feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the phone could be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor coupled with an integrated Adreno 610 GPU.

The Iqoo Z6 4G can be powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. It can boot with FunTouchOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box. In terms of optics, the 4G model is believed to include a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a secondary 2MP macro camera. On the front, we can see a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The phone is said to be available in three RAM + storage configurations – 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB. Phone color options may include black and blue. The price of the phone could start at $196 and the phone could go on sale in the country from May 4th.
