Amazon Prime Video will be the main broadcaster for It Takes Two.
Production company Dj2 Entertainment (Dmitri M. Johnson and Dan Jevons), along with Amazon Studios and Seven Bucks Productions (Dwayne Johnson, Dani Garcia and Hiram Garcia), will be making the film It Takes Two. In addition to being an executive producer, The Rock may also star in a film adaptation, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet. Note that screenwriters Pat Casey and Josh Miller are in charge of adapting the game for screen, while Joseph Fares and Oscar Volontis of Hazelight Studios will be overseeing the project along with Kimberly Bialek.
It Takes Two at the Movies is about May and Cody who, during their divorce, discover that their spirit is carried over in two dolls that their daughter Rose made to represent them. Now they must embark on a wild and fantastic journey to find a way to reunite their bodies. For the record, It Takes Two relies solely on collaboration and currently has over 10 million players worldwide.
