Scorn is a first-player biopunk horror adventure video game from Serbian developer Ebb Software. Although the game has many puzzles, it does not explain most of the game mechanics. One of these mechanics includes the ability to heal, which you unlock as you progress through the game. But some players do not understand at all how to use it or unlock it. So here is our guide on how to heal in Scorn.
How to heal in contempt
Healing in Contempt is quite simple. You can press the left bumper button (LB) on your Xbox console to heal. For PC players, press the E key to use the healing ability. But as mentioned before, you need to unlock the healing ability before you can use it.
Follow these steps to get and recharge a healing ability:
- You can unlock the healing ability by activating the red pods in the second alien structure.
- When you insert the key into its interface, move on to find the module or console.

- You must interact with the module or console to the left of it. When interacting with it, you will find fat and round flesh in your hand with tentacles looming from it.
- This will restore a segment of your health bar for one charge. A total of eight healing charges can be used.
- But when you unlock it for the first time, you will only get one charge.
- To recharge the healing equipment, you need to find blood banks. Each blood bank can recharge three or four healing charges, up to a maximum of eight.
- You can find blood banks scattered around the dark corners of the open world in Scorn. We suggest looking for them in hidden dark areas and unusual places.
- You can check your remaining healing charges by aiming an equipped weapon or by checking your inventory.
That’s it for how to heal from Scorn.
