Oris’ ult allows you to pull nearby enemies towards the center where you are standing. It will create a ring that will slow enemies caught in it. During your ult, you will gain Fortify effects and charge a burst of damage. This means that the percentage of power you see in the center of the screen is the damage you deal. Be sure to use it when you’re surrounded by heroes with relatively low health and you’ll get those multi-kills easily.
So if you have Orisa on your team and they have their ult on, you need to get close to them and start attacking the slowed down enemies. Without the support of other team members, her ult does not reach the potential it should be designed for. Orisa can actually be killed during her dash animation, so there should be other heroes near her. For example, Batista’s Immortality Field throws a device that prevents allies from dying. If not destroyed in time, Oris’ ult can gain a charge and have a significant impact.
Another hero that will come in handy during Orisa’s ult is Ash because she can use her dynamite to deal even more damage to targeted enemies, taking some pressure off Orisa.
