It’s quite difficult to unsubscribe from Netflix on a smartphone or tablet, but it can be done without going to the official Netflix app in the Apple Store or Play Store. Instead, you will need to use the web browser of your choice.
- Go to Netflix.com in your browser and sign in to your account. If you are redirected to the app, go to the Netflix website in incognito mode, you will not be redirected.
- Click on the three-dash menu icon in the top left corner to open the side menu.
- Click Account.
- Scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription”in the “Subscription & Billing”section. The next page tells you that the cancellation will take effect at the end of the next billing period.
