When you buy Apple products, whether it’s a new MacBook or an Apple Watch band, you’ll probably want to keep an eye on your order. Has it been processed? Have you sent yet? We will show you different ways to track the delivery of Apple products.

1. Use the Apple Store App on iPhone
One of the easiest places to check the status of an Apple order is the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad. This gives you a quick way to track your Apple order on the go.
- Open the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad.
- You can see the order update at the top of the For You tab. If not, tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Orders.
- Select the order you want to view if you have more than one.
You will then see the Apple order status along with other details depending on that status. For example, you can see the estimated arrival date with a shipping tracking link. You can also view the order summary, shipping address, payment details, and billing details.
2. Visit the Apple Order Listings website.
If you don’t have a mobile device nearby or you’re browsing the web, you can view your package on the Apple Order Status website.
- Visit the Apple Order Lists website.
- Sign in with your Apple ID or enter your email address along with your order number. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when placing your order.
- You will then see the items you ordered with the status of when they are delivered. Select an order to view additional information, including status, shipping address, and payment summary.
- Click “Track Delivery”if it’s available to view more information about its arrival from the delivery service.
3. Go to the official Apple Store website.
- Visit the Apple Store and sign in with your Apple ID if prompted.
- Click or hover over the store in the top left navigation to open the menu.
- Select Order Status.
- After that, you will see your orders just like you would on the Apple Order Listings website. Select one for complete information about its status.
4. Track Orders in Apple Wallet on iPhone
With the iOS 16 update, Apple introduced a way to easily track the orders you place with Apple Pay. You can view your orders directly from the Wallet app.
- Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
- Tap the “Order”(package) icon in the upper right corner.
- You will see all orders placed with Apple Pay listed for you. Select one to view status and details.
Note. This feature is available to participating sellers. So if you’re shopping with retailers using Apple Pay, you can see your order information here.
5. Track shipments via email
Like many sellers, Apple sends emails to notify you when your order status changes. That way you always know what’s going on with it.
You can use the links in the email to get more information about your order. For example, the confirmation email you receive when you place an order contains the order number. Click this link to view the status online.
When your order is shipped, you should receive another email from Apple. Click the Track Shipping button or link to see your order from an online Apple Store. Then select “Track Shipment”to view details from the carrier.
6. Get text notifications
When you place an order with Apple, you may see the option to receive status updates via text message. This is another convenient way to keep track of your order.
