To unlock additional tasks in this game, your characters will need a license to work. To get this license, you need to find a guild associated with the job. So, for example, if you want a character’s secondary job to be a cleric, you’ll need them to get a license from the cleric’s guild. The process itself is very simple:
- Go to the guild for the side job you want.
- Talk to the guild master and he will give you a license to work.
- Give this License to the character you wish to grant this additional work to.
- You will now unlock additional work for this character.
If you want more licenses for the same side job but for different characters, then you should do guild quests. Each guild will give you two quests that will allow you to get two more licenses. So 3 characters can have the same side job at the same time. Here are each guild where you can get licenses for additional works:

You must visit the Altar that corresponds to the main job of the character to unlock his EX skills. Altars work the same as Sanctuaries in the first game.
