How to get a Dormant Primal Fragment in WoW Dragonflight
You will receive Dormant Primal Fragments for destroying Primal Stones in WoW Dragonflight. Primordial stones can be broken with the blacksmith’s anvil, which is located to the right of the blacksmith’s section. You will receive six Dormant Primal Fragments in exchange for destroying one Primal Stone.
