Note that you won’t find the Crystal the first time you enter the mansion. In order for them to appear, you will first need to unlock the zombie screamer variants in the game.

- Some time after you leave the Curtis Mansion, you will start a quest called Plumbing the Depths.
- As you progress through the quest, you will encounter the Screamer Zombie variant for the first time.
