Shiv in Callisto Protocol
In Callisto Protocol, you will receive a shiv from Elias in the second chapter called Flash. Then you will learn the combat system in the game. Here is a simple step by step guide on how to contact Elias.
- At the beginning of the mission, you will find yourself on a ship bound for the Dark Iron Prison. There you will meet Captain Ferris and Warden Cole.
- You then need to place an implant in the back of your head which will act as a health bar.
- After waking up, you have to explore the chamber. In doing so, you will stumble upon a pink cube. As you are about to pick it up, you are being held by the dead First Officer.
- Later it turns out that this is a dream, and you will find yourself in the epicenter of the outbreak.
- Exit your cell and go right. At the end of this path, you will come across a ladder on the left.
- Head down this ladder and you’ll come across Elias’ cell. Interact with him and after a short dialogue he will give you a modified wrench. Obtaining this weapon will unlock the “Desperate Times”achievement.
Please note that this weapon will be with you throughout the game. You can use Shiv to open certain doors and chests, as well as perform Quick Stealth Kills.
