After you’ve spent some time in Minecraft Legends, you should go and unlock all the golems in the game. These are powerful mobs that can help you a lot in your quest against Piglins. But the process of hiring them for your team is not exactly easy. So, here is a quick guide to help you with that.
How to unlock all golems in Minecraft Legends

In Minecraft Legends, you can get 8 golems. 4 of them are normal golems that you can unlock by simply progressing through the game. Whereas the Firsts are the ones you will have to research to add to your team. Here’s how to get all normal:
- Cobblestone Golem: You get these golems at the start of the game and you don’t have to manually unlock them. Use them for close combat.
- Plank Golem: Like the Cobblestone, the Plank Golem is obtained at the beginning and does not need to be unlocked separately. They are great for ranged combat.
- Mossy Golem: You need to build an iron upgrade to unlock it. This golem works as a support character, healing you and your mobs.
- Grindstone Golem: This is also unlocked after you make an iron upgrade. The grindstone golem fights on the front lines.
How to unlock the first golems
To unlock the First Golems, you need to build the Wake Up the First Upgrade at the Well of Fate. You will unlock this structure after you find your first deconstructed golem. To find them, simply open the map and check for the question marks “???”next to them. There is a good chance that these question marks could be the location of one of these golems.
Then you need to collect different first golems to unlock them. They require resources to build, here is what you need for each of them:
- First in oak
- Gold x100
- Wood x500
- First of stone
- Gold x100
- Stone x500
- First brick
- Gold x100
- Iron x125
- First of diorite
- Gold x100
- Coal x125
