If you are already empty, then you will have to evolve into a menos in order to continue evolving. To become Menos in Project Mugetsu, you need to earn a total of 625 XP just by eating body parts. Along with that, you will also have to cross level 5 or higher.

- Soul Reaper with Shikai: 3 XP per body part (12 XP total)
- Adjucha: 3 XP per body part (12 XP total)
- Vasto Lorde: 2.75 XP per body part (11 XP total)
- Arrancar: 4 XP per body part (16 XP total)
