Where to find Riolu (location) in Legends Arceus?
Riolu can only be found in Alabaster Icelands, which are unlocked towards the end of the game. Once this location is unlocked, head to the bottom left corner of the map towards the white valley, then head left towards the edge of the border to a row of snowy hills. Riolu is known to spawn in the small cave formations that form these hills.
Riolu has a high spawn rate, but if you don’t spot it, wipe out all Pokémon in the region and rest until the next morning. Now all you have to do is catch this Pokémon.
How to develop Riolu?
Riolu is one of 12 Pokémon that require the player to increase their friendship level, this can be done by using it in the wild, i.e. during battles, or to destroy objects in the game such as rocks, trees, etc. Use your Riolu during the day to speed up the process, when you reach the maximum level of friendship with your Riolu, the game will notify you that it is ready for development.
