Ark: Survival Evolved is a game where players challenge their survival skills on an island with all sorts of creatures. There are many resources that you must find and use in order to build and survive. Whether it’s building a shelter or improving living conditions, these resources are vital to your existence. One of them is gasoline. If you want to produce gasoline in Ark: Survival Evolved, then this guide is for you.
How to make gasoline in Ark: Survival Evolved
To make gasoline, you need to put 6 parts of oil, 3 parts of hide and some fuel like wood, spark powder, etc. into the forge. This can be in an industrial forge or a processing forge, and it will take about 30 seconds. Depending on how much gasoline you need, you can use this formula to make and keep enough of it. However, you can only make 100 gasoline at a time.
You can also make or craft Gasoline from a Solidified Gas Orb, Green Gem, or Fragmented Green Gem at the Chemistry Bench after researching the Gas Collector Engram. You can then create the same using the “Create gas-gasoline”option. This will then produce the standard gasoline you will find in the bench inventory.
Gasoline use
Gasoline can be used as fuel for chemical bench, electric generator, fabricator, industrial stove, industrial forge, industrial grill and industrial grinder.
Here are the burn times to consider when using gasoline:
Structure | Burning time (1 x gasoline) | Burn time for (100 x petrol) |
Chemical bench | 15 minutes | 1 day(s) 1 hour(s) |
Electric generator | 1 hour) | 4 days (days) 4 hours (days) |
