How to break sticks in Sons of the Forest
If you have a stick in your inventory, just take it. When the stick is in your hand, look down at it. You can then split it in half by clicking the left mouse button. This will start an animation in which your character breaks a stick with their feet in Sons of the Forest. Now that you know how to break a stick, 1/3 of your campfire job is done.
The other 2/3 part involves collecting and placing 8 stones and then setting them on fire. Luckily, you can use this campfire to cook the meat you’ve collected. Moreover, the meat is better to cook quickly. If left untreated, it will deteriorate, leaving it useless.
