Where did the Black Adam character come from?

The Black Adam character was created in 1945. He joined the great DC Comics universe in 1970, and his story goes back well before the film’s temporality. It all starts in ancient Egypt, when the wizard Shazam gives Tet-Adam the powers of six Egyptian deities to fight the forces of evil.
