Legizmo Kincaid receives preliminary support for palera1n and rootless jailbreaks

Legizmo Kincaid, a new solution for pairing and using the latest watchOS 9 Apple Watch with legacy versions of iOS, adds rootless dynamics support for Odyssey Team’s upcoming Cheyote jailbreak for iOS 15.0-15.1.1 and a new developer-focused, checkm8-based palera1n jailbreak for phones with A9-A12 running iOS 15.0-15.3.1.

Project developer lunotech11 made the announcement on Tuesday evening via the official Legizmo Discord server, emphasizing that support was preliminary and that it will continue to be tested to ensure maximum stability for users.

Legizmo Kincaid was already available for iOS 14 jailbreakers as well as iOS 15 TrollStore users who could permanently sign the app on jailbroken phones. The latest announcement makes Legizmo Kincaid compatible with a wider range of devices, especially as the community anticipates the release of the iOS 15 jailbreak.

Since Apple has just released a new line of Apple Watches that run watchOS 9 out of the box, these users will typically need to use iOS 16 on their iPhones in order to pair. This is exactly what Legizmo Kincaid allows these users to bypass, effectively allowing them to leave their iPhone on a version of iOS that watchOS 9 cannot natively pair with due to Apple restrictions. It’s perfect for jailbreakers or would-be jailbreakers who don’t want to update if an existing or new version of the tool is released, and most of the features transferred between devices still work properly despite broken compatibility.

Legizmo Kincaid is currently available to a subset of Patreon subscribers, with links and support available to the public on the Discord server.
