- Celebrate big games – this applies after a touchdown or a big interception, mostly a big game. Hit a hint to celebrate, remembering it’s a time move. After that, PS and Xbox users can follow the steps below to choose a move to celebrate winning the NFL.
- Dance – Move the right analog stick to the right.
- Spike – Move the right analog stick down.

Unlike Celebrate, Showboat is more like humiliating your opponent. The player you control will perform certain dance-like moves before reaching the end zone. Here’s how to do it in Madden 23:
- For PS users: press L2 + R2 + X when approaching a line.
- For Xbox users: Press LT + RT + A when approaching a line.
However, Showboat is a risky move as there is a chance your opponent will catch you before a touchdown. If you are planning on using the Showboat on your opponent, make sure you are close to the line and the defenders are not getting close.
