If you know the controls, jumping is not the hardest move in the game. However, you need to know when you should dive. Soon we will give you some short tips to help you understand how to use immersion in the game. But first, here’s how to dive into Madden 23:

  • For Xbox users: Press and hold the X button.
  • For PS users: Press and hold the square button.

Since the controls should be clear by now, let’s see when you should dive into the NFL. This move is usually useful to avoid nasty and violent tackles on your quarterbacks or wide receivers. When you’re heading for a touchdown, you can certainly expect a tackle.

Jumping will get you a few more yards before the game is over when you hit the ground. Although you can also use diving as part of your holiday, it is mainly used to protect your players from tackles.

Also, NFL diving is risky in the sense that your player can fumble the ball. Thus, immersion will not leave you any advantages.

That’s all you need to dive into Madden 23.
